Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including brand activation, digital marketing, social media strategy, and customer engagement for both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Assist in planning and delivering internal and external events, ensuring smooth coordination with stakeholders and high-quality execution.
  • Support the implementation of promotional plans for campaigns, including content creation, coordination with vendors, and campaign logistics.
  • Support the planning, design, and curation experiences for visitors of Sembcorp, creating engaging touchpoints to enhance the company's branding and contribute to business development.
  • Conduct post-campaign and post-event reporting, analysing performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Capture and share key updates from meetings by taking clear notes, circulating concise summaries, and following up on assigned tasks. Build and maintain your own stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth communication and accountability.
  • Proactively assist with ad-hoc projects, bringing creative ideas and helping drive business initiatives across multiple sub-brands.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Background in Marketing or equivalent
  • Strong interest in both B2C and B2B marketing, with the ability to adapt messaging and strategies to different audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with the ability to create clear, well-structured documents and presentations.
  • Content creation skills for visual content and short-form videos including copywriting, graphic design (Canva), and basic video editing (CapCut or similar).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages suited for professional audiences and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with or keen interest in content management systems (CMS), web analytics tools, and/or CRM platforms is a bonus.
  • Prior knowledge, experience, or interest in the energy sector or e-commerce background would be an added advantage.
