Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Leads in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Help prepare project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and risk logs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule
- Conduct data analysis to support project decision-making
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions
- Update project management tools and dashboards
- Support the creation of presentations and materials for stakeholder reviews
