Intern, Communications

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic university student that would like to obtain experience in Marketing and Communications in finance.

A self-starter, you will be supporting the Communications team in Asia with various projects and daily work. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a strong affinity to producing content and supporting the team with events.

Responsibilities:

. Support in drafting client and staff communications as required

. Support with client and staff events

. Support in reviewing translations for publications or other collaterals as 4-eye check as required

. Support the Head of Media Relations Asia with media activities and daily reporting

. Support the Communications Asia team with administrative tasks such as processing invoices, creating reports, etc

Competencies:

. High proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese with Mandarin an advantage, and written English and Traditional Chinese with Simplified Chinese an advantage.

. Event management experience.

. Highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.

. Good multitasking and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.

. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team across geographies.

. Excellent IT skills in Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
