Who we are.

Pioneering workers rights since 1961, the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) unites 59 trade unions, seven trade associations, 12 social enterprises, and other enterprise partners as we create better lives for workers here in Singapore.

Our work cuts across the different ages and stages of life as we walk the ground and respond to everyday needs. Through initiatives that protect our workers at work, transform careers, manage the cost of living, help with financial resilience and health, and nurture relationships for families, we champion every worker through every touch point as we work towards better wages, welfare, and work prospects.

Job Responsibilities

1) Assist with U Care Assistance Programmes Rolled Out i.e. to support the operational and administrative aspects of social assistance programmes to ensure smooth rollout and management. Key responsibilities include:

a) User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

b) Preparation of Collaterals

c) Conduct Random Audit

d) Attend to Queries and Track Issues Logged for Expedient Processing

e) Identify Beneficiaries for Profiling:

2) Assist with Fundraising-Related Efforts

This involves supporting various activities aimed at securing financial contributions to sustain and expand social assistance programmes. Key responsibilities include:

a) Assist with Donation Letters to Corporates and Donors

b) Assist with Tracking of Donations Received and Follow-Up Calls

c) Assist with Marketing and Communications Related Work

Preferred Qualifications

1. Applicants currently pursuing any undergraduate degree are welcome to apply. Candidates with community outreach and engagement experience, or related fields would be preferred.
2. Comfortable engaging with members of the public and talking to people.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information professionally.
4. Clear communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
