DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Supports the Business Transformation Office to plan and deploy the largest technology transformation in the industry across the organization in Asia Pacific.
- Assist in communications, coordination, and ad-hoc requests
- Assist in conference planning, vendor and event management
- Assist in document translation and formatting
- Track project progress, ensuring timely milestone delivery
- Support research, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making
- Engage with stakeholders and contribute to planning sessions
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
We are looking for a university student who is passionate, committed, and keen to learn with the following attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience writing for broad audiences and creating presentations (media/graphic design a plus)
- Strong English writing skills (critical requirement)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational/ program management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
- Creative, innovative, and proactive; requires minimal supervision
- Flexible with a can-do attitude; comfortable with varied tasks and occasional peak-hour work
- Fluent in English; additional Asian language a plus
- Demonstrates problem solving skills
- Demonstrates creativity and innovation
QUALIFICATION STANDARD
Education:
Undergraduate in Hospitality, Media & Communications, Business Managementor Marketing preferred.
Requirements:
Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass
Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program / undergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States.
Prepared to commit to a six months internship.
