Intern, Business Intelligence

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and cleaning data: responsible for gathering data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. Ensuring that the data is accurate, complete, and free from errors.
• Analyzing data: Once the data is collected, data analysts use statistical methods and software tools to analyze the data and identify trends and patterns. They may also create visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate their findings.
• Reporting and presenting findings: Understanding of business flow, ability to create visual representations of processes and systems, which could include flow charts as well as other types of diagrams such as organizational charts, data flow diagrams, and more. They must be able to communicate complex data analysis results in a clear and concise manner.
• Identifying opportunities for data-driven decision making: Ability to use analytical tools to perform data analysis and generate reports and visualizations. They use their analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights in data, and provide recommendations to improve business performance
• Collaborating with other teams: Opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and develop project plans. They serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Degree course in Business or related fields.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Willing to learn attitude.
• Immediate starters who are able to commit a minimum of 3 months preferred.
• Comfortable with travelling to work location at 212 Pandan Loop.
