RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting user research and analysis to support product decisions.
- Work with the development team and stakeholders to establish delivery timelines, key milestones, and resource needs, and support functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Support NVPC's AI adoption programme, including Copilot rollout, AI Champions coordination, and use case documentation.
- Track and report on AI tool adoption and usage patterns to inform programme direction.
- Assist in preparing materials for stakeholder communications, presentations, and internal updates.
QUALIFICATIONS- Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting requirements.
- Exposure to project management and business analysis tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
- Interest in AI tools and their application in workplace productivity.
- Ability to clearly present findings and collaborate with business stakeholders.
