About the Role:

As a Brand Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in strengthening our data-driven approach to brand marketing. You'll work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure accurate reporting, campaign tracking, performance monitoring, and market insights across multiple brand functions. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, giving you the opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing analytics, market research, and campaign performance tracking, while supporting the team in building actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Tracking & Reporting

  • Generate and manage all UTM links across all brand functions (Brand, Sponsorship, Events, PR, broker listing, KOLs, social media).
  • Conduct testing of UTM-tagged CTA and registration links to ensure accurate tracking within CRM systems.
  • Manage and update UTM parameters and campaign costs monthly.
  • Generate and export performance data for monthly reports from platforms such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Meltwater, and other reporting dashboards.
  • Maintain proper records and filing for all media IOs and invoices.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Brand team.

2. Media Monitoring & Coverage Analysis

  • Support media monitoring and coverage tracking to ensure timely reporting.
  • Compile metrics and reporting requests across brand functions, including PR, broker listings, and KOLs.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports to support strategic brand decision-making.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends and audience insights.
  • Track competitor activities across campaigns, events, sponsorships, and digital marketing.
  • Provide actionable insights to support brand positioning and campaign optimisation.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Digital Analytics Platforms (Google Analytics, Power BI, Meltwater, or similar), Data Dashboard Tools, Excel (pivot tables, formulas) for reporting.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple requests.
  • Good communication, organisational, timeline and project management skills.
  • Minimum commitment of 3 months, but candidates available for a longer internship period (i.e. 6 months) will be preferred.
  • Full-time applicants preferred, but part-time applicants (min. 2/3 work days a week) are also welcomed.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic understanding of campaign tracking (UTM links, QR codes, CRM integration).
  • Interest in AI tools and trends
  • Interest in marketing analytics, digital campaigns, or the FinTech/trading industry.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio) is a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders based overseas
