The intern will support the Attractions Social, Content, and Advocacy team in creating and managing engaging social media content. This role will focus on production and execution of creative assets, while also assisting with day-to-day content management and social operations across the official accounts of Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Oceanarium, and Adventure Cove Waterpark.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and produce engaging and viral social content for 3 attractions Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Oceanarium and Adventure Cove Waterpark.
- Support the pre-production, production, and post-production of digital content, such as styling, planning and coordinating logistics, assisting with filming of content, video/photo editing etc.
- Ingest and organise files after shoots following agreed standards.
- Assist with streamlining social media accounts to ensure uniform content and tone of voice.
- Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics.
- Perform community building proactively by monitoring conversations and responding to comments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or equivalent.
- Be well-versed with the latest trends on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Basic knowledge of mirrorless camera handling.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects are a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative, curious, and analytical.
- Fast learner and hands-on executer with a positive attitude.
- Interest in animals, entertainment, sustainability, marketing, and social media is a plus.
Please note that this is a full-time internship from August 2026 to December 2026 that is based in Sentosa, Singapore.
