Role: AI Growth & Automation (AI SDR Associate)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative sales and marketing intern who can design high-stakes conversations at scale. You will manage our entire AI outbound engine, but your primary job is Storytelling. You will craft the narratives, design the hooks, and ensure every automated interaction feels bespoke, human, and deeply compelling. You are the voice of the brand, amplified by AI.
You understand the technology and have a data-driven approach to own and operate our autonomous outbound sales engine. You won't just be making cold calls or presenting pitch to clients, you will be building, monitoring, and optimizing the AI Agents that do the outreach for us.
What You'll Build & Manage
- The AI SDR Architecture: Design and manage automated workflows (using tools like [Make/Zapier/Clay/11x]) that identify leads, enrich data, and execute multi-channel outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Voice).
- Prompt Engineering for Sales: Write and refine the system prompts that control our AI agents, ensuring they sound human, personalized, and persuasive, not robotic.
- Data Enrichment Pipelines: Manage the flow of data. Scrape target accounts, verify contact info, and feed clean data into our CRM and sending tools.
- Performance Optimization: Treat sales like an engineering problem. A/B test subject lines, sending times, and value propositions. Analyze the conversion metrics and tweak the code to improve results.
- Inbox/Response Management: Monitor the AI's conversations. Step in when complex human intervention is needed and ensure qualified leads are handed off smoothly to the closing team.
