Intern – Agents Department (July - Dec 2026)

Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story We are looking for an Intern – Agents department based in Singapore.

THE ROLE:

As an Intern – Agents Department will have to:

Assist the Area Manager with the definition and implementation of marketing strategies in Agents markets

Support the Agents team in every aspect of developing the business across Asia Pacific

This position requires strong organization and follow up skills, along with good communication and interpersonal qualities. He/she will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to participate in the development of the Clarins brand in the various markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

MARKETING

  • Support the Area Manager in the development and implementation of the annual Marketing Plans and corresponding actions in the various Agent markets
  • Dissemination of marketing materials, information and product updates to the Agents
  • Collate and evaluate marketing launch plans from various Agent markets
  • Assist in developing business review decks and annual budget decks
  • Support the Area Manager to evaluate marketing launch results from various Agent markets and provide recommendations and areas of improvement
  • Work on the A&P Audit from various Agent markets
  • Support the Area Manager to amend/work on the product assortment list from various Agent markets

FORECASTING

  • Support the Area Manager in the dissemination, collation, and analysis of product forecasts for new launches

Store Projects (Online/Offline)

  • Support the Area Manager to follow up on store project topics with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Work with internal & external stakeholders on planogram and follow up on execution in Agent markets
  • To review/audit various respective E-Retailer platforms to ensure the brand guidelines are adhered to

PRICING

  • Work with Area Manager, Regional Marketing and Agents on retail price review, analysis and recommendations for both regular and novelty products

Others

  • Work with Accounts Manager to follow up on monthly sales reports from Agents
  • Support Accounts Manager to schedule delivery of registration documents to Agents
  • Other ad-hoc projects, as and when required, from the Commercial Director, Area Manager or Accounts Manager

YOU HAVE:

  • Able to commit internship period for 6 months, full time (5 days per week)
  • No prior experience required but generally eager to learn and discover a fast-paced business in a multi-cultural and dynamic international company
  • Eager to learn from experienced professionals (hard and soft skills)
  • Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty
  • Customer oriented
