As an Intern in the Advisory team, you will support research and analysis for hotel, mixed-use resort, and leisure destination projects around the world. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to explore real estate consulting in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You'll assist in evaluating market trends, conducting research, and preparing materials to help our team deliver high-quality insights to clients.
You will work closely with Analysts, Senior Consultants, and the Advisory Studio Director, gaining exposure to client work, interdisciplinary thinking, and the consulting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support research and data collection efforts for active client projects
- Assist in compiling and organizing both quantitative and qualitative data
- Contribute to the development of presentation materials, charts, and visuals
- Help prepare for internal workshops and client-facing sessions
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and support team discussions
- Learn to apply geographic, economic, and tourism knowledge to real-world developments
- Collaborate with team members to support project delivery
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Hospitality, Geography, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in research and data interpretation
- Comfortable working with numbers and presenting information in a visual format (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
- Curiosity about tourism, development, and global market trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Available to commit to a minimum of 2 months
