We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy intern to support both the COE and People Operations teams. This internship offers hands-on exposure to People projects, initiatives, and process automation using AI and digital tools, providing a unique opportunity to learn how People team leverages technology to drive efficiency and improve employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
COE
- Assist in the execution of compensation and benefits projects, including salary benchmarking, incentive program enhancements, and reward initiatives.
- Support data analysis and reporting on Total Rewards strategies.
- Participate inPeople technology initiatives to automate processes or integrate systems.
People Operations
- Contribute to People projects such as onboarding/offboarding improvements, employee engagement initiatives, and process optimization.
- Assist in maintaining People systems, P-files, and compliance documentation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automation for repetitive and manual/time consuming People tasks.
Automation & AI Projects
- Support initiatives to leverage AI, bots, and digital tools for HR operations and analytics.
- Help develop and test automation workflows for People processes, not limiting to leave approvals, payroll reporting, or employee data management.
- Analyze current People processes and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Employee Engagement, Events & Wellness
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team events.
- Support communications and logistics for People-led initiatives to enhance employee experience and well-being.
Cross-functional Projects & Initiatives
- Collaborate with People and business teams on special projects related to HR transformation and process improvement.
- Support communication and rollout of HR initiatives across teams.
- Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and insights.
