RESPONSIBILITIES
Client
- Support in the administration of client accounts, including updating project management systems, scheduling meetings and creating meeting agendas and contact reports.
- Assist in preparing background research and materials to support client strategies and project plans.
- Help prepare proposal documents, presentations, and client onboarding materials.
- Support colleagues in monitoring timelines and updating project trackers.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions by contributing ideas and supporting creative concept development.
- Assist in coordinating logistics with suppliers (e.g partner agencies and service providers) under the direction of client services colleagues.
- Contribute to project performance reports by gathering data and inputting into templates.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable:
- Academic background in marketing, communications, or business
- Internship or project experience in a client-facing or communications environment
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, or content creation tools
