Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven Interior Sales Designer who combines strong sales capabilities with a keen eye for design. This role requires someone who can confidently engage clients, understand their needs beyond surface-level requirements, and drive projects from initial consultation through to final handover.
Job Description:
- Engage and consult with clients to understand their space, lifestyle needs, and design preferences
- Propose design concepts and space planning solutionsPresent ideas confidently and guide clients in decision-making
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure and handover
- Confidently present proposals, justify pricing, and handle objections effectively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure timely follow-up and high accountability throughout the project lifecycle
