Job Summary
Lead client engagements by managing enquiries and delivering tailored interior design solutions. Coordinate project execution to ensure timely completion and seamless collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries across diverse property types including HDB, Condominium, Landed, and Office to understand client needs
- Develop accurate quotations aligned with customer requirements and design specifications to support informed decision-making
- Create innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetics
- Supervise project sites and coordinate activities to maintain quality standards and adherence to timelines
- Schedule and manage workflow effectively to ensure customer move-in dates are met without delays
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues proactively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification or relevant ITE Certificates
- Proficiency in 3D Max, SketchUp, and CAD software to produce detailed design visuals and plans
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with a diverse customer base
- Demonstrated passion for design and creativity in interior design concepts
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet monthly KPIs
- Sociable with a positive working attitude conducive to team collaboration
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in interior design or project coordination
