Interior Sales Designer

Job Description & Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Handle customer enquiries (HDB, Condominium, Landed, Office)

-Provide quotation based on customer requirement and design

-Provide interior design ideas and space planning

-Site supervision and project coordination

-Schedule work flow to meet customer move in date

-Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project work smoothly

Requirements

-Diploma or its equivalent or relevant ITE Certificates
-Have passion in design and creative in interior design
-Proficient in 3D Max, Sketch up and CAD softwares
-Sales and target driven, able to meet monthly KPI
-Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin and English speaking customers)
-Sociable and good working attitude
-One year and above experience will be preferred
