Interior Designer

We are looking for a talented and passionate Interior Designer to create beautiful and practical spaces for our clients. You will be responsible for developing design concepts, producing detailed drawings, and overseeing projects to ensure flawless execution. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of materials, finishes, and Singapore's space constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Develop initial concept mood boards, design schemes, and space planning proposals.

Design & Documentation: Create detailed 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations) and 3D visualizations to present design ideas effectively. Produce comprehensive construction drawings and material schedules for contractors.

Project Management: Source materials, furniture, and accessories. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure design specifications are met. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any on-site issues.

Client Management: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and managing expectations.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and products in the interior design industry, particularly within the Singapore market.
