INTERIOR DESIGNER

-Produce Shop Drawings for Clients

-Design proposals 3D visuals / Presentation drawings / Autocad technical drawing for developments project to developers, Preparation of detailed drawings, Construction documents

-Coordinate and handle design development, architectural CAD and drafting detailing

-Site visit and meeting to ensure works are properly executed as per design intent

-Coordination / Liaising with Architects, Project Managers, Maincon, Subcon as well as clients or direct owners

-Ensure proper paperwork / documentation / drawings are in order

-AutoCAD Drafting

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

-Required language(s): Chinese (to liaise with Chinese Associates), English
