We are looking for passionate and creative Interior Designers to join our team. This role combines interior design expertise with client engagement and sales strategy to deliver tailored design solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Liaise directly with clients to understand objectives and maintain ongoing communication
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar to programmes to support design work
- Prepare 2D presentations and moodboards to convey design concepts
- Create and propose optimal designs, layouts and solutions for various projects
- Recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings that suit client needs
- Propose quotations based on design and layout, convert leads into sales
- Present design proposals confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
- Supervise work progress to ensure timely and quality completion
- Stay updated with industry trends and design innovations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Arts or related field
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Creative, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
