Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage design projects from concept to completion, including installation.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans that meet client needs and budgets.
• Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using CAD software.
• Select and specify all furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), materials, and finishes.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and architects to ensure design execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent knowledge of space planning, materials, furnishings, and building codes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
