Interior Designer

Job Summary:

As an Interior Designer specializing in hospitality design, you will lead and oversee the design process from concept to completion. Your expertise and passion for creating captivating, functional, and inviting spaces will be instrumental in shaping the guest experience within hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality venues. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to bring your design visions to life, ensuring exceptional quality and creativity in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

. Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design solutions that align with the client's vision and project objectives.

. Create compelling mood boards, sketches, and design proposals to effectively communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.

. Utilize industry-standard software including D5, SketchUp, Enscape, and Revit throughout all phases of the design process.

. Work closely with the wider design team to translate concepts into detailed design developments and functional space plans.

. Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring design solutions consistently meet or exceed expectations.

. Source and specify appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with both the design concept and project budget.

. Stay current with the latest industry trends, innovative products, and sustainable design practices to inform and elevate project outcomes.

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:

. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design

. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating prior work on luxury hospitality projects

. International working experience is a MUST

. Proficient in design software including D5, SketchUp, Enscape, and Revit
