Job Description

  • Meet with clients to understand their design vision, requirements, preferences, and budget.
  • Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and plans based on client requirements.
  • Plan and optimize interior spaces, considering functionality, furnishings, aesthetics, and practicality.
  • Research and source suitable materials, furniture, finishes, and products according to the design concept and budget.
  • Prepare and review design drawings, layouts, and related project documentation.
  • Ensure design plans comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant parties throughout the project.
  • Monitor on-site implementation to ensure the completed works follow the approved design and specifications.
  • Identify and resolve design or site issues and make necessary adjustments to plans where required.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, materials, and resources effectively.
  • Keep updated on current interior design trends, materials, and industry practices and incorporate suitable ideas into projects.
  • Perform other design and project-related duties as assigned.
