Our client, a renowned Architectural firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Space Planner (Healthcare & Medical)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and deliver space planning and design for healthcare facilities (e.g. hospitals, clinics, specialist centres)
• Develop stacking plans, adjacency diagrams, and space programmes aligned with clinical workflows
• Collaborate with clients, user groups, and internal design/project teams to translate operational needs into design solutions
• Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale healthcare projects
• Contribute to design development, presentations, and technical documentation
• Support business development efforts, including proposals, client presentations, and bid submissions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on healthcare planning

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare planning / medical planning / space planning
• Experience working on healthcare facilities (30,000 sqm or larger) is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, space utilisation, and patient experience design
• Experience in both new builds and refurbishment / upgrading projects
• Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Adobe Suite
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage clients

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Central
• Working hours: Monday Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: up to S$8,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
