Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced interior designer for private residential developments (working with property developers)

General Duties:

. Design driven with experience in residential and/or hospitality projects

. Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to bring design concepts to life.

. Ability to resolve technical issues in line with the project's design intent

. Creative thinking to develop new ideas, space planning, design development, and produce SketchUp 3D and construction drawing.

. Manage budget and deadlines on projects

Requirement

. Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design

. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

. Proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop and MS Powerpoint.
