Interior Designer (Premium Office Space)

Responsibilities:
. Collaborate with clients/consultants to understand their vision and requirements for workspace design.
. Develop creative and functional design concepts tailored to client needs and current trends.
. Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for presentation to clients.
. Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and colour palettes to enhance workspace aesthetics.
. Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design solutions.
. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
. Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies in workspace design.

Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
. Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably with a focus on workspace environments
. Strong portfolio showcasing previous workplace design projects and creative solutions
. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and team members
. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of space planning and functionality.
