Follow-up Responsibilities:
- Concept Design & Space Planning: Develop initial design concepts, create space plans, and prepare compelling presentations for client review and approval.
- Tender Documentation & Detailed Drawings: Prepare detailed tender documentation and drawings that meet design specifications and project requirements.
- Compliance with Regulations: Ensure the design and execution of the project adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Client Meetings & Progress Reporting: Attend meetings with clients to discuss design progress, address concerns, and provide regular updates on milestones.
- Vendor Negotiations: Actively engage with vendors, using persuasive and influential communication to secure the best value for the project.
Skills & Experience
. Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
. At least 1 year of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
