Role Description

Our client needs a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer, based in Singapore. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs, developing space plans, and preparing detailed construction drawings. The role involves collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that align with project goals. The designer will also manage the selection and integration of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in Singapore market and currently in singapore
• Design conceptualization with detailed material and specification as per clients requirements
• Assist in managing design development & site implementation independently from inception through completion
• Develop 3D visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawing and color rendering and layout plans with detailed material specifications.
• Knowledgeable in technical aspects of design implementation.
• Prepare tender drawings and as per design requirement
• Liaise with stakeholders to meet budgetary and technical requirements
• Prompt delivery of services and solutions with professionalism and quality
