Interior Designer

Roles & Responsibilities
Company looking for motivated and detail-oriented Interior Designer with minimum 3 years related experience for mainly F&B and commercial projects. This role offers the opportunity to blend creative design expertise with client engagement, driving project success through strong presentations.

. Prepare detailed layout drawings and technical drafts to support project development
. Attend client sales meetings to understand requirements and build client relationships
. Take clear, structured meeting notes to ensure accurate documentation of client discussions
. Develop comprehensive job scopes that translate client needs into actionable design plans
. Curate inspiration images and mood references to enhance design storytelling and client engagement
. Create compelling design presentations that effectively communicate concepts and secure project approvals
. Assist in translating client discussions into precise design briefs to guide project execution
. Demonstrate proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva, and PowerPoint to produce professional design materials
. Work independently and take initiative to manage tasks and contribute to project progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent
. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
. Demonstrate ability to follow through and execute proposed designs
. Strong in design detailing and good knowledge of materials and technical requirements and active listening skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
. Good computer literacy and well-versed in necessary design related software.
. Excellent organizational skills with attention to documentation accuracy
. A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to craft persuasive design narratives
. Confidence and professionalism in client-facing situations
