Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermediate Interior Designer at our Singapore Office. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, and designing interiors. They will also be involved in selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The Interior Designer will collaborate with the team and clients to resolve practical challenges and bring flair to each project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of interior design experience in hospitality and hotels.
• Proficiency with Revit/CAD, InDesign and Sketch-up.
• Client Management skills are a must
• Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Expertise in Space Planning, Interior Design, and FF&E selection
• Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings
• Attention to detail and ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage projects, staff and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
