Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial renovation projects.
• Prepare design proposals, space planning, material selections, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and project documentation for renovation works.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of design plans.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality and compliance with requirements.
• Stay updated with market trends, materials, and design innovations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in interior design or renovation industry (fresh graduates with strong portfolio may be considered).
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, or other relevant tools.
• Strong creative flair with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently or as part of a team.
