Job Summary
We are a local renovation SME looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to handle site surveys, prepare design drawings, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site measurements, take photos, and understand client requirements
- Prepare 2D layouts and 3D design drawings
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for costing and budgeting
- Present designs to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure work follows approved designs
- Liaise with clients on changes and resolve issues
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Prepare as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M)
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality
- Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in a team
Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and SketchUp
- Good communication and presentation skills (bilingual preferred)
- Basic knowledge of costing and budgeting
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of construction, carpentry, and M&E works
- Understanding of site coordination processes
- Basic graphic design skills
