Responsibilities
1. Client Consultation & Interior Design Services
- Provide professional interior design consultation to clients based on their space, needs, and lifestyle.
- Conduct space planning and recommend suitable design concepts.
- Advise clients on colour schemes, materials, finishes, and design styles.
- Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure accurate design and product fit.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for interior furnishing solutions.
- Coordinate and advise clients on dismantling of existing furnishings and installation service.
- Proficiency in 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Photoshop to prepare design drawings including floor plans, front elevations, and 2D / 3D visualizations where necessary.
2. Product & Technical Coordination
- Recommend suitable interior furnishing products such as curtains, blinds, flooring, and related materials.
- Ensure proper material selection and specification according to design requirements and client preferences.
- Coordinate with suppliers and factories to confirm product specifications, measurements, and technical details.
- Monitor production lead times and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Liaise with installation teams to ensure smooth implementation according to the design plan.
3. Project Coordination
- Ensure design intent is properly executed during installation.
- Work closely with internal teams, installers, and suppliers to ensure project completion within timeline.
- Handle client queries and provide after-sales design support when required.
