Job Description & Requirements
Job Scope:
- Create detailed floor plans and layouts that optimize the functionality
- Generate creative and unique design concepts that align with the client's vision and project objectives
- Recommend furniture, lighting, and fixtures that complement the overall design concept and meet the client's requirements
- Using creativity to generate new concepts, plan spaces, create designs, and create building plans that can be manufactured
- The main work is doing the 2D and 3D drawings including detailed elevation drawings, which are not required to be discussed with the customer,
- we don't require a drafter with Revit or QS skills (it is not suitable for our trade )
Job Requirement:
- At least a Diploma in Interior Design or related field
- At least 4 years of design working experience
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as 3Dmax, AutoCAD, Sketch up, 2D and 3D visualization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- 5.5 days work week
