Qualifications:
- Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage various stakeholders.
- Resourceful and has excellent planning and time management skills.
- Proactive and detail oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Required to go on-site occasionally.
- Experience in retail shop design and layout is highly preferred.
Requirements:
- Ensures drawings comply to authorities requirements.
- Controls and manages issuances of changes and documents to ensure consistent quality.
- Contribute to the Organization operational and management system.
- Responsible for the overall planning, implementation and completion of projects within specified cost, time and quality.
- Always maintains compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Plays an active role in contributing to the organisation's continuous improvement initiatives.
- To conduct technical meetings with the Client, Consultants and Contractor for on-site issues and progress.
