We are seeking acreativeandtechnically proficientinterior designer with strongfamiliarity in cross-border workflowsto supporthigh-end residential and commercial projectsfromconceptualizationthrough totechnical documentation,fabrication coordination, andinstallation.

• Developpersonalized design conceptsandspace plansbased on clientlifestyle needs,functional requirements, andbudget constraints.
• Producecomprehensive construction drawings,millwork details, andmaterial specificationssuitable forlocal submissionsandoverseas workshop fabrication.
• Coordinate thecross-border workflowby liaising withclients and on-site contractorswhile communicating withoverseas fabricators and suppliers.
• Conductsite visits across locationsto verifymeasurements, monitorfabrication progress, and overseeinstallation quality.
• Supportpre-sales effortsby assisting withlead management,concept presentations, andpreliminary budget advice.
• Trackproject timelines,budgets, andmaterial procurementto ensure smoothproject executionfrom concept to handover.
• Source materials and FF&Efrom vendors across different markets, obtaining quotations and managingcost comparisons.
• Collaboratewithsenior designersand thesales teamto preparehigh-quality presentationsanddesign proposals.

• Diploma or Degreein Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field with2 to 4 yearsof relevant experience.
• Demonstrable familiaritywithcross-border workflows, including designing for clients in one market while coordinatingfabrication or procurementacross borders.
• ProficientinAutoCAD,SketchUp,3DS Max/Vray,Adobe Creative Suite, andMS Officefor documentation, modeling, and presentations.
• Meticulousin producingclear construction drawingswith understanding ofmillwork detailingsuitable foroverseas workshops.
• Strong fluency in Englishis mandatory; proficiency inlanguages relevant to key supplier marketsis asignificant advantagefor workshop coordination.
• Client-centric mindsetwith ability to understand needs and deliver designs aligned withvision and budget.
• Excellent communication skills,attention to detail, and ability towork independentlywhilecollaborating effectivelywithin a team.
