Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts into detailed, buildable solutions (space planning, layouts, material selections)
- Produce mood boards, design presentations, and 3D visualisations
- Prepare detailed drawings (layout plans, elevations, sections, carpentry details)
- Refine design intent with technical accuracy for site execution
- Select and propose materials, finishes, fittings, and furniture
- Work closely with project team to ensure design is executed correctly
- Resolve design and technical issues during project development and construction stages
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry practices in Singapore
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture
- Min 2-3 years of relevant experience in design development & technical detailing
