Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for a combination of office work and remote work. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating innovative interior design concepts, developing construction drawings, and collaborating on FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specifications. The role also includes coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the execution of design projects aligns with the company's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
• Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings for detailed project planning and execution.
• Knowledge and experience with FF&E selection, specification, and layout planning.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Ability to manage projects within timelines and budgets, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Background in environmental sustainability is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
