Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Documentation

Support senior designers in space planning, layout studies, and concept development.
Prepare design drawings, basic 3D visuals, and presentation materials as required.
Assist with material research, sample preparation, mood boards, and finish schedules.
Update drawings and documents in line with design development and feedback.
Assist senior designers in preparing quotations and cost breakdowns, ensuring alignment with design scope and selected materials.

Design & Timeline Coordination Support

Support senior designers in managing the design process timeline, ensuring drawings, selections, and documentation are prepared on schedule.
Assist in aligning design deliverables with site progress to ensure smooth coordination between design development and on-site works.
Work closely with the project team to support timely execution and contribute to meeting overall project handover timelines.

Project & Site Support

Assist in coordinating renovation schedules and project timelines under guidance.
Attend site visits for measurements, documentation, and progress tracking.
Support coordination of material deliveries and installation schedules.
Assist with on-site clarifications and follow-ups when required.

Team & Client Support

Support client meetings and presentations together with senior designers.
Work closely with internal teams, including drafters, 3D designers, and project coordinators, to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain organised project files, drawings, and documentation.

Reporting & Stakeholder Updates

Provide timely updates to senior designers or the Design Director on assigned tasks and project progress.
Provide daily and weekly task updates and progress to the Design Director.
