Responsibilities:
- Develop layout plans and create 2D/3D visuals for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in sourcing materials and managing project schedules.
- Support business development by presenting designs to clients and assisting in closing deals.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and office records.
- Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and implement design revisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in interior design, architecture or construction-related administration is preferred.
