Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide space planning, design conceptualization, materials and color scheme specification based on client needs
- Develop 3d renderings & layout plans with detailed specifications (i.e. M&E plans, carpentry detail and sectional drawings)
- Management of projects to meet deadlines
- Involve in site measurement, site marking & selection of material used
- Preparation of mood boards and material boards
- Assist in project management and site supervision
- Ability to prepare quotations are an added advantage
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or ID Architecture
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, 3D Max/Vray, Sketchup & Photoshop
- Preferably with relevant experience as an Interior Designer, however entry level with no experience are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of the design process, including furniture/carpentry systems, specifications and detailing, basic M&E and detail construction drawings, color & materials
- Self-motivated, hardworking, willingness to work independently
- Project management skills and able to think out of the box
