Interior Designer (Advanced Proficiency in Rhino & Spatial Conceptualization)

. To conceptualize, design, and develop innovative interior spaces that align with the company's design philosophy and client requirements

. To produce detailed 3D models, spatial diagrams, and presentation visuals using Rhino, render softwares (D5, Twinmotion etc. ) including parametric and freeform geometry where necessary

. To create high-quality real-time visualizations using Twinmotion, D5 Render, or similar software to effectively communicate spatial atmosphere and materiality

. To collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure cohesive spatial integration

. To prepare detailed design drawings, construction documents, and tender packages

. To source and specify materials, finishes, FF&E, and custom fixtures in line with project concepts and budgets

. To refine space planning with attention to ergonomics, flow, zoning, and user experience

. To coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of the design intent

. To prepare compelling presentations for internal design reviews and client meetings

. To attend site meetings and oversee construction to ensure quality, detailing, and finishes are aligned with design specifications

. To liaise with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers for material sourcing, procurement, quotations, and delivery schedules

. To communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written) when dealing with Chinese suppliers and production teams

. To stay updated on software trends, design technologies, AI and global interior design practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
• 1 year of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing innovation, spatial quality, and detailing
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino 3D is essential familiarity with Grasshopper is a requirement.
• Proficient in real-time rendering tools such as Twinmotion, D5 Render and 3Dsmax
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and other 3D visualization tools
• Solid understanding of materials, technical detailing, construction processes, and project documentation
• Excellent design sensibility and spatial thinking with the ability to lead a project from concept through to construction
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, particularly for supplier management and overseas procurement when dealing with Chinese fabricators
• Familiarity with sustainability principles and eco-conscious design practices is a plus
