Job Description:.
- Space planning for residential project.
- Sketch preliminary design plans, including floor plan layouts. Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project
- Able to present the proposed design and provide advice on design conceptualization, material, etc to client.
- Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, 3D perspectives and schemes.
- Site supervision and project coordination
- Any ad-hoc tasks given by Management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in construction drawing and rendering in SketchUp software.
- Skill in Autocad, 3D Studio Max & Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Microsoft Excel among others.
- Demonstrated euthusiasm for learning and growth
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities as needed.
