Job Scope:

. Sales acquisition for renovation projects (Verified leads will be provided)

. Space planning and Design Proposal

. Preparation of proposal based on clients requirements

. Project management for renovation works including site supervision and project

. coordination

. Schedule workflow to meet customers dateline.

. Work closely with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth handover

. Responds to clients email/tele-enquires in a timely and professional manner

. Travel to jobsite during renovation period

. Manage all projects from proposal to execution, and handover

Requirements:

. Candidates with higher NITEC, Diploma & Bachelor Degree is preferred

. Knowledge in Sketch Up, Photoshop & AutoCAD is preferred

. Candidates without the required educational background are welcome to apply and will

. be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

. Committed, driven and self-motivated individuals

. Good communication skills and excellent time management

. Possess a positive and vibrant personality

. Ability to combine logical thinking with creative flair, with an eye for detail
