Key Responsibilities

- Prepare design proposals, mood boards, quotations, and project presentations.
- Build strong client relationships and provide professional consultation throughout the sales journey.
- Convert qualified sales leads into confirmed renovation projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after project completion.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.
