Role Description
This position reports to the Company Manager and interfaces with Director. Ace's Design is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workplace
Specific Responsibilities
- Attending all training programmes provided by the company.
- Able to proposed layout solutions to customers.
- To handle all sales/enquiries given from their specific designated seniors and assist alongside.
- Outline client design objectives.
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
- Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
- Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
- Source materials and products included in plans.
- Create mood boards to sample your design vision.
- Utilize computer applications in the design process.
- Coordination on the work arrangement
- Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
Competencies
- Active participation and with complete understanding in Renovation Trade
- Gain knowledge of the available materials available in the market and the current trend
- Coordinating skills in handling workers and clients'requirement
- Gain software skills like Autocad/Sketchup for proposal to clients
- Sketching ability and computer knowledge to create visual representations of their work however, the ability to create preliminary sketches is helfpul, too. Being able to utilize both methods will make you more of an asset to your clients.
- Gain technical skills on-site, understanding the work which is comply to HDB requirements.
