Tasks & responsibilities
- Sales acquisition for renovation projects.
- Provide professional interior design advice, including space planning, material selection, color schemes, etc.
- Preparation of quotation based on clients requirements
- Project management for renovation works including site supervision and project coordination
- Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project work smoothly
- Able to travel to renovation site during renovation period
- Responds to clients email/tele enquires in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Design and visualization skills, proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop).
- Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline.
- Minimum 1-2-year experience preferred.
- Experience in landed property & resale (HDB/condo) projects preferred
