Interior Design Concept Manager / Director

Core Responsibilities:

- Concept Development: Researching and formulating a central theme or roadmap that dictates all subsequent choices in aesthetics, materials, and mood.

- Fluent in design presentation.

- Visual Communication: Creating mood boards and concept sheets that use imagery, textures, and color swatches to evoke a specific feeling before technical drawings begin.

- Client Briefing: Meeting with stakeholders to translate their lifestyle or brand goals into functional and artistic requirements.

- Preliminary Sketching: Developing bubble diagrams, block plans, and rough sketches to propose how space will be utilized.

- Material & FF&E Selection: Identifying key Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) that align with the high-level concept.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Software Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) for visual storytelling.

- Visualization: The ability to see the potential in a shell space and articulate that vision through 2D/3D renderings.

- Knowledge of Design Principles: A deep understanding of space, light, and color to create balanced environments.

Education:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
