Interim Client Relationship Manager (Singapore)

Join The Gap Partnership, the world's leading negotiation consultancy, as an Interim Client Relationship Manager supporting key client engagements across Singapore and the region.
The Role
You'll act as the day-to-day operational and commercial point of contact for your clients, supporting lead generation, proposal development, client meetings and follow-up.
You'll oversee planning coordination and logistics handovers, ensuring accurate pipeline management, billing support, and reporting.
You'll also play a key role in strengthening client relationships, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and driving client satisfaction.

- Has strong organisation and attention to detail
- Communicates confidently with senior stakeholders
- Has experience supporting proposals, meetings, follow-up, and pipeline management
- Works effectively across multiple internal teams
- Can manage multiple priorities across clients and activities
- Is committed to delivering high-quality client outcomes
Contract: Fixed-term (6–12 months)
Location: Singapore (hybrid)
