Job Description:

  • Act as the main interface coordinator between LTA, SMRT, civil contractors, track and PSD teams
  • Manage civil-to-PSD handover and ensure site readiness (survey, coring, track alignment, TVM status)
  • Review and coordinate design interfaces resolve clearance, alignment, and installation issues
  • Plan and control installation sequence (Civil Survey Coring TVM PSD)
  • Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and track access with construction schedule
  • Manage site access, permits, and multi-contractor coordination
  • Track interface issues, mitigate risks, and drive timely resolution
  • Liaise with authorities and stakeholders for technical coordination and compliance
  • Support testing & commissioning, ensuring system integration readiness
  • Maintain interface documentation, reports, and progress tracking


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or related disciplines)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience in engineering and/or construction industry
  • At least 5 years experience in railway / MRT projects
  • Prior experience in Platform Screen Door (PSD), E&M systems, or railway system projects will be an added advantage
  • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Willing and able to work on-site, including night shifts or during track access hours when required
  • Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with proven ability to liaise with headquarters in China
